盛燕,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,华东理工大学硕博连读(导师:刘昌胜院士),美国俄亥俄州立大学博士后。针对国家在疾病快速准确诊断和治疗方面的战略需求,致力于基于CRISPR技术的纳米诊疗研究,从化学、生物、材料和医学多学科交叉角度,围绕多通道光信号、电信号的核酸和蛋白检测来实现对疾病的体外早期诊断,围绕CRISPR-Cas蛋白的核酸切割活性以实现胞内基因编辑和疾病治疗。在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., ACS Nano, Biomaterials, Biosens. Bioelectron.等本领域国际顶尖期刊上发表高水平研究论文40余篇;其中影响因子>10的11篇,他引数量>2400次,H指数为20,i10指数为28;主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,主持上海市自然科学基金项目1项,主持广东省自然科学基金项目2项,主持山东省自然科学基金项目1项,作为骨干成员参与国家重点研发计划等重大项目。申请中国发明专利5项(4项已授权)和美国发明专利1项。
